I try to keep things as simple as possible. Before we start a journey together we will have a 20 minute (ish) telephone conversation. In this conversation we will briefly explore the areas that you feel I may be able to support you with. You will, in turn, chat to me, openly and honestly, and try to get a sense of who I am. This will give you the opportunity to decide if we are the right coach for you!

If we decide to move forward together I will let you know my recommendations for number of sessions etc. Normally these are either 1, 6, or 12. Our pricing reflects the level of commitment on both sides and we try to work out an easy payment plan for you.

Once all that is sorted I will email you an agreement along with times and details of our upcoming sessions. I will always do my best to fit them around you, your family and your life.

I am level three safeguarding qualified across England and Wales. It is important that you understand that the ONLY time I will share your information with any outside organisation is if I identify a safeguarding concern. This has never happened so far and I’m hopeful it never will.
